"I cannot speak highly enough of Miss Amanda and her high quality music instruction.  My 9 year old son Brician is a music enthusiast.  We previously put him in piano lessons for 2 years with another studio and his love and motivation for piano was dwindling.  He was not getting the attention or the skills he needed to be successful.  When we found Miss Amanda, that all changed.  He was counting down the days until he could go back for his next lesson and playing instruments with renewed exuberance.  Miss Amanda was able to quickly see the gaps in his former instruction and worked on solidifying his basic skills while giving him challenging material and a wealth of information.  She not only taught him skills he needed to play each new song, but encouraged and helped him with his own compositions and would bring in other instruments to play alongside my son as he was working on his piano piece.  Miss Amanda brought life back to music for Brician and was disappointed that we could not follow her up to NH when she moved.  She is very knowledgeable about a multitude of instruments and music theory as well as how to make students feel comfortable and special.  We are thankful for the time that my son had as a student of Miss Amanda’s and would highly recommend her talents to those seeking to fall in love with music."

"Amanda is an amazing teacher! Patient and caring! Always giving the right amount of redirection but keeping it fun! As a parent you couldn't ask for anyone to be as sweet as she is and to me that is the best learning environment! I wish Amanda the greatest success in everything she does!"

"Amanda is awesome! My daughter Sofia learned to play the Clarinet so well after just a few lessons with Amanda. She is patient, fun and has the most positive attitude. Sofia loved her! What I liked best about her is that she would always update me on Sofia's progress after each lesson and give Sofia specific things to work on at home."

"In 11 years of playing the flute growing up, Amanda was the best flute teacher I've ever had. She taught me so much when I was struggling in my first year of high school band. With the lessons I was taught by Amanda, I was not only able to make it through my first year in a difficult band but I was able to improve all throughout high school and made it to first chair in my school band and was invited to all state band my senior year. I don't think I could have done that without her! Amanda's classes were always so fun and engaging and I learned a lot. Thanks for everything you did Amanda, best of luck in this new chapter!"

"Amanda was my son's violin teacher for about two years. He grew so much as a musician under her tutelage. She really took the time to figure out what he needed, how he learnt best, and how much he could be pushed. She prepared him to successfully audition into his first city youth orchestra experience last year.
We'll miss Ms Amanda! But my son has a super solid music foundation because of his time with her."

"Amanda is a wonderfully kind and patient teacher. My son took trombone lessons with Amanda for two years. She always took time to give us feedback on his progress and she helped him to gain confidence in his abilities. He always wanted to go to his music lessons with Amanda."

"I work in a school where Amanda was the music teacher. Amanda's musical talent, keeping the kids engaged, and her sparkling personality, were only some of the strong traits that I saw in her. Great person - and a lot of talent!"

"Amanda has a smile that lights up a room. The joyful spirit she radiates instantly puts you at ease in her presence. She has poured her heart into music and that spark of passion for her craft has lit her soul for a lifetime. She is gentle and patient with students, willing to nuture that same spark in another in the hopes that it too will turn into a flame."
